Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood este un joc video istoric, third-person de acțiune-aventură, dezvoltat de studiourile Ubisoft Montreal pentru Xbox 360, Playstation 3 și PC. A fost lansat pentru versiunile de Xbox 360 și Playstation 3 pe data de 10 noiembrie 2010, și pentru PC în martie 2011. Jocul este un sequel pentru Assassin's Creed II, cu Ezio Auditore da Firenze și Desmond Miles întorcându-se ca protagoniști. Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood începe de la finalul jocului anterior. Este primul joc din serie care are un mod multiplayer de joc.
